AR VLT Lemon Drink

Turning Packaging Into Storytelling with Augmented Reality

This project was created during my time as co-founder of Oraar Studio, where I worked closely with my team to develop a branded AR experience for VLT Lemon Tea. I led the conceptual development, design direction, 3D modelling, food animation and overall creative execution of the project, working with our AR developer to bring it all together.

The final effect uses image tracking technology via the Snapchat app. When a user scans the product packaging, an interactive AR scene appears, bringing the VLT Lemon Tea brand to life through playful storytelling and animation. The user can view this experience directly through their phone camera, making it instantly accessible and immersive.

I believe this type of AR is a powerful example of what’s possible when physical packaging and digital storytelling combine. With the rise of AR glasses on the horizon, this kind of interactive product design is only going to become more relevant. Even today, it’s highly usable through QR codes and mobile links, and I’ve since consulted for creative agencies and drink brands on how to implement similar experiences into existing apps or campaigns.
